Steubenville: Open or Shut Case?

The judge (there will be no jury) in the Steubenville rape case will be making three key decisions this week, in advance of the trial's scheduled start in mid-February.   First, there's the change in venue.  Also, the defense has asked for a delay.  Finally, the rape victim's attorney would like the proceedings to be closed.  The media are fighting that.   Otherwise not a lot of major new developments in the past two weeks.  Two high school footballers face charges but no new names have been added as state attrorney general Mike Dewine keeps looking at things.
